Hey everyone,
I wanted to report some major performance issues I’ve been experiencing since the latest update. I’m running a high-end PC (RTX 4070 Ti Super, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB RAM), and I normally play Deadlock at around 300–450 FPS without any problems. However, over the past few days the game has become extremely inconsistent.

At this point, the only thing I haven’t tried is a full Windows reinstall, but that’s something I’d really prefer to avoid unless absolutely necessary.
I’m not the only one experiencing this — several friends and other players have reported the same severe performance drops, while others say the game runs normally for them. This makes me wonder if it could be related to the latest Windows update or something introduced in the recent Deadlock patch.
I’d appreciate any acknowledgement from the developers if this is a known issue or something currently being investigated. The game used to run perfectly for me, but at the moment it’s almost unplayable.

- Huge FPS drops during big fights — sometimes from 350 FPS down to 80 FPS.
- The game feels sluggish, like it’s running at much lower FPS than what’s displayed.
- After a full PC restart, the first match runs fine, but performance gradually gets worse the longer I play.
What I’ve tried:
- Reinstalling the game
- Rolling back GPU drivers / using new ones
- Applying Windows tweaks and GPU optimizations
- Debloating drivers
- Checking background processes
- Nothing has made a difference
