I think it would be funny to run around as a little guy shooting people who can't hit me.

Doesn't really have enough stats, and would probably be better as a weapon item (for investment bonus)
I'd remove the spirit resist debuff (most are AoE so being smaller doesnt change that) and give increased air control (like Holliday bounce pads)
