I feel like Mystic shot could use an upgrade. That space has always felt a little weird that it hasn't been filled, so here's an idea that I worked up.
The idea is basically that after successfully landing your Mystic Shot the enemy can also take some "mini-mystic shots" from you for a little while after. The Cooldown is there so that it doesn't feel like it's stepping too much on Mercurial Magnum's toes while also preventing it from being too strong on high fire rate heroes.
It is also a Static amount of Spirit damage vs. a percentage of your bullet damage, so it still doesn't quite fit into that same space as Mercurial. This makes it stronger for heroes who can expect to hit a bunch of shots over some time, but don't necessarily have a high Gun and spirit investment.
The base values should allow you to just about double the initial shot damage if you can consistently trigger it on CD. The duration does get longer with Spirit, such that if you have Transcendent CD and Superior Duration you'll be able to keep it up indefinitely on a single target, but without either or both (or an obscene amount of Spirit) it will fall off from time to time.
An important note is that the Pox Shot debuff triggers on ANY weapon damage, including melee hits or abilities that deal melee damage (such as Leaping slash or Puddle Punch)
