Shiv's Killing Blow sends you out of the map

Shiv's Killing Blow ability reacts to other abilities weirdly. Sometimes, it sends you flying or out of the map. If you're on the skybox, it can glitch out and back into the map. Had one other unclipped instance where it sent me below the map before I was automatically brought back up and around the same area.

Had this or something similar happen to me, when casting Killing Blow up an incline and getting hit by Kinetic Carbine. Clipped through the floor, before being teleported back to a somewhat different spot than where I fell.
