Shiv Ult bugged on Sinclair

I think another post was already made about the fact that Shiv ult does not properly execute Shiv when copied by Audience Participation. (I tried it with bloodletting unleveled and it worked normally, so I assume that is the issue.) However there is another interaction where executing an enemy successfully with tier 3 ult refunds the cooldown of Audience Participation. I am not sure if this is a bug or just a weird interaction. Max doorman ult does not refund/reduce the cooldown of Audience Participation when someone fails to check out.
