Shiv Splitshot Bug

Splitshot can be used with Shiv to instantly proc items that require multiple shots to a target (toxic bullets, slowing bullets, inhibitor, silencer, spiritual overflow).

The trick to the glitch is to aim off center and hit the enemy with the outer ends of the splitshot fan of bullets.

I believe this also works on Calico and other shotgun characters.
