There is currently a bug on shiv with splitshot where alt fires arent doing full instances of damage, its only doing half. If you put 1 target down and alt fire itll do 57 damage per alt fire at level 1, but if you activates splitshot and do the same thing your alt fire will only do 28 damage instead.
