Shiv damage not matching tooltip or common sense

Shivs abilities are doing *way* more damage than they should, throughout the entire game. A tooltip that says it does 141 damage should not result in doing 410 damage at the 3 minute mark in the game. No, he didnt have rage. No, he didnt have 4 boundless spirits. The tooltips are completely inaccurate, and a shiv with a 2k networth lead should not be killing an abrams in under 3 seconds, in basically any scenario. All day long seeing shivs with scores of 12-2-5 or better, havent had a game where a shiv lost since the last few updates. Anti-fun games right now.
