A Student of Dynamo who idolizes everything dynamo does, a little too much. He is Hyper and super excited to help, allbeit a tad annoying. Rather, very annoying. No one can deny that Eugene is very helpful, they just wish he would calm down a bit and maybe shut up. Thinks everyone is just "So dang neat!" even the enemy. Compliments everyone, even getting on Lash's self centered nerve.
Weapon Charged Pistol
Can rapid fire to do small damage, or charge up a large shot doing more damage.
Medium Range
Ability 1: Reckless
Increases damage output by 10% increases bullet spread by 20% for 15seconds
Upgrade 1: Increase duration by 5 seconds
Upgrade 2: Lower Bullet Spread by 5%
Upgrade 3: Increase Damage Output by 5%
Ability 2: Bright Eyed
Throw a Bomb that gives true vision to all teammates. Outlining all enemies affected.
Upgrade 1: Increase Radius
Upgrade 2: Enables ability charges.
Upgrade 3: Marked Targets have -8% Bullet and Spirit Resist
Ability 3: Bushy Tailed
Passive, Allies in a 15 meter radius have increased movement and firerate.
Upgrade 1: Radius increased by 10 Meters
Upgrade 2: Gives allies +1.5 Regen
Upgrade 3: Enables Ability Activation, activating removes all ally debuffs and sets ability to a 60 second timer.
Ability 4: New Ideas
Activating this sends a nova around you upgrading allies 1 Ability for 15 seconds.
Upgrade 1: +15 Second Duration
Upgrade 2: Affected Allies are given Bullet and Spirit Shield. (scales with spirit)
Upgrade 3: Teammates affected can use non-ult abilities twice before going on cooldown.

NEW IDEA UPGRADES
Abrams 1 Radius is now a full circle and enemies in it are slowed.
Bebop 1 Spin like a top for a short while slinging all enemies away
Calico 1 Bombs increase in size, and if not attached or near enemies they become area mines that will explode when close to
Dynamo 1 Kick is a stomp that is a circle AOE. (alternatively kick returns back to dynamo after it reaches its max distance)
Eugene (the proposed character) No increased bullet spread and increase damage output by 5%
Grey Talon 1 Splinters on impact sending arrows flying around.
Haze 1 Sleep Bomb that has an AOE sleep
Holiday 1 Tar Kegs leaves fire and slowing tar on floor
Infernus 1 Increased Distance, catalyst stays on floor slows
Ivy 1 Kudzu rapidly spreads into a wider area
Kelvin 1 Frost Grenade leaves snowfall slowing enemies and healing allies.
Geist 1 Siphon 10% of damage dealt
Lash 1 Jump into air and slam down quickly in circle AOE
McGinnis 1 Mortar Turret shooting McGinnis ult slowly
Mirage 1 Missed Scarabs will bounce around until hitting enemy or despawning after 5 seconds.
Mo & Krill 1 Constant Pulses of with less percentage healed.
Paradox 1 Bombs pulse in 2 intervals
Pocket 1 Rapid fire 8 barage bolts
Seven 1 Drags enemies with it. Need to use stamina to get out
Shiv 1 Knives will ricochet off of walls
Sinclair 1 Bolt Speed increased and distance required to hit max damage lowered
Vindicta 1 Scilences enemies hit
Viscous 1 Splatter radius increased, enemies cannot jump out of goo
Vyper 1 Slow duration increased and turning speed slowed
Warden 1 Leaves Alchemical fire on ground
Wraith 1 Card Summon summon rate increased 150%, radius increased, and card speed increased
Yamato 1 -8 Second Cooldown
