Shiv Bloodletting stacks during Vyper Petrify

Whenever Shiv gets caught inside of Vyper's Petrify, his Bloodletting passive continues to defer damage, even though he's supposed to take 0 damage (like everyone else caught in it, outside of Vyper's venom). This applies to ALL instances of hits against Shiv during the Petrify, meaning he would effectively bleed out instantly if attacked by everyone.

Yeah this is probably an issue with how Bloodletting defers damage itself, because the same thing happens when shiv uses counterspell on a damaging ability.
