Shadow Strike doesn't steal Spirit Resistance

Shadow Strike's item description makes it sound like it should steal bullet resistance and spirit resistance. Currently the item correctly steals bullet resistance but it doesn't correctly steal spirit resistance.

From my testing in the sandbox the item doesn't lower the enemy's spirit resistance, it just adds spirit resistance to the holder of the item on a successful invis melee.
