Shadow Weave doesn't apply the "Ambush Spirit Power" to many abilities if you break the invis with them

With Apollo for example his 1 doesn't instantly apply the bonus spirit after coming out of invisibility,
but his 3 and 4 apply it correctly.
Mo and Krill's 1 doesn't apply it instantly, but Grey Talon's 1 does.
Bebop bomb also doesn't instantly get the spirit bonus applied.
