Shaders not loading

My shaders are refusing to load, it gets to about 99% and restarts every time. Tried everything to fix, reinstalled the game, tried disabling shaders, tried switching from dlss to stretch and also tried switching to directx11 and vulcan and back, shaders are completely broken since the shop update.

did you tried to clear shader cache? its possible in amd in the amd software. You might want to try to delete this video.txt file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg\video.txt"
