Seven - Static charge proc cancels magic carpet

If you cast Static Charge on an enemy and then carpet, when the stun procs the carpet cancels itself.

Confirming this as a pretty severe issue, as you're almost always going to stun someone before using it to escape.

Was wondering for so long why my carpets were randomly cancelling and just now in discord saw someone mention this. It explains so much. I thought I was fat fingering the keyboard.
