Seven 2 won't cast

Haven't been able to use Seven's 2 once since this patch. Tried changing the cast settings and self-casting also doesn't work. Made sure the key didn't get unbound

This fixed it for me

You have to reset the key binds to fix it. A bunch of shit broke. You can't even use the text or voice chat if you're using hero specific key binds.

with quick cast i found i didn't need per hero binds since casting options were all i changed, just setting the default and turning off hero specific keybinds lets you use chat again and abilities dynamically
