Server lobby had low tick-rate like lag for many people

It effected the mirage the worst from the beginning, started around when he arrived to the lane, also dynamo

I had it a little bit as lash around 14 minute mark.
The lag looked like really low fps where troopers and players teleport but the actual game fps was normal
