I have had really bad desync or stutters you may call it for a few days now, basically since halloween update. It gets worse everytime more people or something more than just farming orbs happens, especially during teamfights the game is really unplayable at that point. Server frame time spikes up during what I described for whatever reason, fps are stable and I do not know where the problem is.
I reinstalled my windows from the groud up,
reinstalled game and gpu drivers,
tried running in vulkan,dx11, strech, dlss, fsr etc.,
limited framerate to 144 and 60 as well,
I work for my internet provider so I checked that also, no problem there...
As I mentioned, I have a freshly installed windows that is clean from everything, version of windows: 25H2 (can't rollback to 24H2 but the problem I mentioned was even on 24H2). The game worked just fine few weeks ago, this only happens on Deadlock and nothing else, have tried other mp or shooters and everythings just fine there.
