I have had an issue with the valve servers on the game Deadlock. I found a game but was unable to load into the lobby and was stuck in the hideout. I was prompted to hit esc and try to rejoin the game which i tried multiple times nad did not work so i restarted my game and tried again and still didnt work. The match was not recorded and did not continue so there is no match ID and i was banned for 6 hours. I feel this was an uncontrollable circumstance for me and an unjust ban especially since the game did not continue. Could you please help to resolve this issue.
