Reproducible - every time I cast healing rite on self while in goo ball, my goo ball travel speed gets slowed way down and it seems to interfere with acceleration.
Reproduction steps: As Viscous with Healing Rite, cast goo ball, hold w+m1 for a sec to build some speed, self-cast healing rite.
Healing rite typically applies a move speed buff while active. Seems it is interacting with the ball in a funny way and actually applying a debuff.
