Self cast button can be the same as other hotkey

I assume that is a bug. Here Self cast button is the same as item 4 hotkey. But if you change other things, like set item 4 to V, push-to-talk hotkey is cleared. Seems like its only self-cast button related.
Edit: some other commands can be duplicated too. You can set Ping hotkey to the same one as, for example, item 4.
