Screen flickers

Can someone who reproduces the bug do this:
-enable the console in game settings
-reproduce the bug
-open the console (either F7 or the ~ key, not sure which it defaults to now)
-copy and share all of the text

I turned off FSR and changed it to Stretch and Resolution Scale to 100% and the flickering stopped. Only fixed for one game so far. Will update if anything changes.

@DonH game is not flickering if renderdoc is attached, if you are interested in snapshot anyway I can upload it (it's over 1GB)

yeah, looks like scaling mode is broken, If you change mode to Stretch and scaling to 100% everything is ok

It doesn't fix it for me. In fact, nothing from fiddling with the settings has given me an actual fix, just a temporary change on the flickering.

set Render Quality to 100% is another option to fix it that worked in a similar thread.

@DonH game is not flickering if renderdoc is attached, if you are interested in snapshot anyway I can upload it (it's over 1GB)

I also wanted to take a renderdoc and was surprised that nothing blinked there at all
