Scourge does not get amped by Rage

This bug has been around for a long time, at minimum since the shop rework when I was testing this, so maybe at this point its intentional? Rage damage bonus in general seems to function just as a damage amp for most effects (torment pulse, toxic, and cold front are all great examples of this), but unlike something like Geist who does amp scourge with malice stacks, Rage is not accounted for when calculating scourge damage.

ok but its a weird inconsistency when it amps pretty much every other damage source in the game, and other amps tend to work on scourge (except reportedly calico amp, haven't tested that myself). Like you can play Geist with Escalating and Scourge to make scourge do over double damage
