Scoundrel - low hp fighter with high hp efficiency

Reiteration of my coward hero idea.

Overview:
A low hp fighter that has excellent health efficiency and engagement ability. Hard to play.
Ideally has to be similar to Valeera from HOTS, but I never played her and only remembered her late.

The ult seems like Paradox ult?

What stands out to me as cool is the "missing stamina as damage amp", but I think it would be cooler done the other way. The more of your own stamina missing the more damage you do.

I forgot to write in the ult's description that the swap is short ranged.

Your suggestion on the stamina condition maybe could fit another hero better or an item. It could fit in the AP upgrades for Scoundrel, but that would make it a bit overloaded I think.

Edit to the invis ability
Giving move speed instead of sprint speed on an ability with such duration turns it into an unreasonably powerful escape. Either it has to be low duration with extension on hit or has to have higher health drain with temporary reduction of this drain on hit.

Btw, Rebound's T2 upgrade is supposed to work when landing outside of the spot radius while invisible.
