rx 6800 xt strong FPS drops during group fights or when a lot of effects

I upgraded my graphics card from an RTX 3060 Ti to an RX 6800 XT. My frame rate has increased significantly in all games, but in Deadlock, it's actually lower. During group fights, I might experience frame rate drops of up to 30 fps. This didn't happen with my old card. Could you please tell me what the issue is? Is the game poorly optimized for AMD, or is there something wrong with my system?

I play on minimum graphics with high textures and FSR3 enabled on native

32GB RAM 3200MHZ
MSi RX 6800 XT Gaming Trio X
SSD NVMe
Freshly installed Windows 11
AMD Driver: 25.11.1

also u shouldnt use high graphics even if your pc parts are good
