Roulette was a gambler, always looking for a newer, bigger, better challenge. One night, while playing the highest stakes in Vegas one of the players at the table let slip of an even bigger game. Something that involved the new mystics and their mysterious powers. One that could be only found in the Big Apple. Never one to turn his nose up at a challenge, Roulette went out looking for the Patrons. . .

Abilities:
  1. Opening Hand
    • Fire a specialty round from your Shotgun which deals Spirit damage and briefly stuns the target hit.
      • 8s CD (14s recharge)
      • 1 Charge
      • 55 (+0.4 Spirit Scaling) Spirit Damage
      • .4 Second Stun
        • 1 Point Upgrade: +1 Charge
        • 2 point Upgrade: +35 damage and Increased (+0.2) spirit scaling
        • 5 Point Upgrade: +.2 second Stun duration
  2. Raise the Stakes
    • Flick an enchanted coin out at your enemies. Enemies hit suffer from reduced Move speed and a gradually diminishing reduction in spirit resist.
      • 26 Second CD
      • 80 (+0.6 Spirit scaling) Spirit damage
      • 4 Second duration
      • -20% Movement speed
        • 1 Point Upgrade: Targets now also take -20% Spirit resist while affected
        • 2 Points Upgrade: +20% Movement speed slow
        • 5 Points Upgrade: -8 Second CD
  3. Speed round
    • Hustling to get as many games in as you can. You briefly gain Increased Fire rate and Move speed
      • 40 Second CD
      • +20% Fire rate and Move speed
      • 8 Second Duration
        • 1 Point Upgrade: +10% Fire rate and Move speed
        • 2 Points Upgrade: Shots fired during the effect now deal 2(+0.1 Spirit scaling) additional Spirit damage
        • 5 Points upgrade: -12 Second CD
  4. Time to toss the Dice
    • You let chance play out in all that you do, amplifying all of your other abilities.
      • Passive: Your Opening Hand Ability has a 25% chance to immediately refund a charge and instantly reset the Cooldown of the ability when you use it.
      • Your Raise the Stakes ability now has a 35% chance to ricochet to a nearby enemy when you use it. Whenever the ability Ricochets, it reduces it's cooldown by 6 seconds.
      • Your Speed Round ability now has a 40% chance to also affect a nearby(30m) ally when you use it. (Favors heroes)
        • 1 Point Upgrade: +35% chance to refund a charge on your Opening Hand ability
        • 2 Points Upgrade: +40% ricochet chance on your Opening Hand and +45% chance to cast on an ally of your Speed Rounds.
        • 5 Points Upgrade: All of your abilities can now trigger their extra effects up to 3 times whenever you use them. (Meaning that Opening Hand has a chance to refund multiple Charges, Raise the Stakes can ricochet multiple times per cast, and Speed Round can cast on multiple allies per cast.)

Inspired by The Blacksmith from HoN, I think this character could be a lot of fun to play. He can be a bit risky, but can also line things up in a way that he is just constantly disrupting the enemy team with some solid potential to do a lot of damage
