Rooftop that probably shouldn't be accessible

Found this rooftop area with some wonky collision near Archmother base on York. Felt like an oversight. You can reach it with any hero that's able to get up high, but Vindicta was the easiest to do it with. Also included another area you can easily see outside the environment
