Ritual of Refuge - (Another) T3 Upgrade to Healing Rite

I really like using Healing Rite well into midgame on hit-and-run characters, but the item just loses a lot of its effectiveness as your health scales up, and I think having an upgrade for it that actually acts like it already does, rather than the much different avenues taken by Healing Nova and Rescue Beam, would be nice. I added on the barrier and debuff resist to make it so it doesn't instantly dispel upon damage but can actually take a few strays (as well as the additional end heal adding some opportunity cost/risk reward gameplay in deciding whether or not to engage asap or wait for the ritual to finish to get that extra health), as well as making it possible to use it as an escape tool itself if your movement is proficient enough to maintain the barrier.
