Ricochet doesn't work on buildings

Hi,

I saw it on game I played, then I tested it with bots.

When I buy tesla bullets it normally works on buildings and creeps/heroes around. But this is not working with ricochet.

Then I tryed to read the discription of items and they looks similar. So I cant understand why this is no working.
