Rework Vindicta to better suit the more MOBA-oriented style

Although it's rare to come across a skilled Vindicta player, most of them tend to perform poorly and constantly get caught and killed. I think this hero needs a rework to better suit the more MOBA-oriented style of the game. During her flight, her firearm damage and range should be significantly increased, almost reaching the level of Seven's ultimate—where if you're in his line of sight for a few seconds, you're as good as dead. At the same time, the cooldown for her flight ability should be greatly extended. I believe this would make the hero more enjoyable to play and more fitting for a MOBA.
 
Most characters will undergo many reworks in the coming months so don't you worry. When you're seeing players perform poorly with a character, just remember that this might be their first entry into the MOBA genre or third person game as a whole. Be patient and you'll see higher level players/creators absolutely smashing with Vindicta <3

p.s. I do think that a buff while flying would be interesting 0.0
 
I think she's kind of unique in that she seems pretty excellent in a lot of early game laning situations, especially against more tank/junglish (i.e. more melee-/short-ranged-inclined) characters but then slows to a halt near end game, because if I can walk into a building while she's ulting, it's wasted

I think the flying buff would need to be incorporated only in, like, her 3rd upgrade for the move.
 
Currently I think Vindicta's skill floor and ceiling are both quite high, which is why she is the poorest performing hero in the game. i.e. tt is possible to dominate with her, but difficult.
 
The problem with her is that she's the only hero to start with negative bullet resistance (and Pocket spirit resist) combine it with her low hp and only 2 stamina and you can harass her extremely easy which begs her to be supported like carries in dota buuut there's only one real support in game right now and you don't even pick lanes so she usually gets rekt in laning phase and then you get some people trying to build her into spirit for ult which is extremely questionable and makes her extremely weak for team fights.

She could probably be easily fixed with some early game survivability.
 
I can't understand how people are bad at her. Just stay far away, avoid fights, flee frequently, and steal your teammates kills. She's my highest KDA and it feels waaaay too easy. I just queue her to avoid facing someone competent with her because she is not fun to play against whatsoever if she plays cowardly and selfishly (meta). When people build her correctly and play her correctly she can singlehandedly make the game completely unfun for the entire enemy team. She's the only character I believe should get a full rework, not for being bad, but for being too good.
 
Its mostly skill issue. You can now abuse the hell out of flight and glass cannon. Damage is lethal most of the time so you cant stack high numbers.
Also she is dead almost everytime she get cc'd. If enemy team decides to kill her that's it for her, no real mobility or control.

All in all, Glass cannon design that can work in certain players hands and scenarios but it's lacking mostly.

Your approach would cause Vindicta to lose her uniqueness. I believe her distinctiveness and fun come from having low health but massive damage. Keeping this balance is what makes her stand out.

I agree. Another approach could be increasing weapon item damage values. In the current version of the game, lifesteal is overwhelmingly strong, and the late game mostly revolves around burst damage, crowd control, and dealing massive soul damage

Grey talon multishot is not giving you any advantages except for better hit chance(no double damage from multiple shots on one target or item procs.)
Her flight ability is even more lacking with just additional spirit damage on hit xdddd
Also this is a shocker but if you get too high you are going to be struck by lighting. its dealing around 200 spirit damage per hit. CANT HAVE HIGHGROUND IN THIS GAME BRO

I must have never seen her build correctly then because she serves as roaming creep for me, the only time she gets to kill me is as you have said, steal kill from her teammates doing all the job, but all other times she just dies in team fights, often times before her flight even ends.

She's about as unique as fork with broken prongs, all the cons and none of pros, her damage is good in theory but you deal exactly 0 dps when dead and everyone deals good damage as well and her flight is so much worse than Talon's it's ridiculous, her sniper skill is another misunderstanding, it scales okayishly with spirit... meanwhile Paradox's Kinetic Carbine is real sniper shot that amplifies her weapon damage. Her only saving grace is first skill for aoe disarming which is pretty strong but also short.
