Reticle outline disappearing

Reticle borders disappears when a character with a custom reticle is used and does not return unless you restart

ive been having this bug as well, unsure of causes as it happens no matter the changes i make to my settings.

ive found a work around, as if you toggle the "themed hero reticles" option off and back on again it fixes it.

the bug happens if i switch characters to a hero that has a themed reticle if im in the hideout, or if i spawn or respawn as any themed reticle hero in a match
