Restorative locket rebalance ideas

Right now restorative locket is severely underbought, having only a 0.2% buy rate (source: statlocker item statistics). There are a couple of reasons for that:

1) there are way better and consistent options, like reactive barrier which not only generates a stamina too, but doesnt require charges and activates automatically, even under stun and curse.

2) its really hard to generate stacks in early game and healing is insufficient in mid to late game. At max stacks locket gives only 400 hp with no boons, and at max boons gaining a total of 12,8 bonus heal per stack, a 58% heal per stack increase for 656 heal at max boons and stacks.

3) The item has an identity crisis: it wants to both heal and give stamina, but it isnt very good at both of theese for most heroes, so a better option for them is to spend another 1.6k souls to get stamina mastery or healing nova/rescue beam.

So, i have came up with some ideas for rebalancing of this item:

1) Lean resto locket to a more healing side:
>Stamina on use decreased: 2 -> 1
>Stacks required to regenerate a stamina rebalanced: 1(to use the item) -> 4
>Healing per stack increased: 20 -> 25
>Max stacks decreased: 20 -> 15
>Healing per boon increased: 0.4 -> 0.8
>Cooldown increased: 30 -> 35 seconds

The only other option for supports in T2 is guardian ward, thus giving some more options to healers and supports


2) Lean into stamina:
>Stamina on use -> stamina regenerated per ammount of stacks
>Ammount of stacks for a stamina rebalanced: 4
>Max stacks decreased: 20 -> 12
>Heal per stack per boon increased: 0.4 -> 0.6
>Range for stack decreased: 30m -> 25m

This would make the item more useful to frontline heroes, who like to get into enemies and force them to use abilities


3) Make it more of a support item:
>Only gives stamina when used on ally
>Now gives 3 stamina if at max stacks
>Distance to recieve a stack: 30m -> 40m

Another option to make supports concider this item, now not for healing but for escape potential for allies, being more safe with range to recieve stacks


Also a small idea for T4 locket upgrade:
Saviours amulet
>Increased base healing and heal per boon
> When used at max stacks:
Targets excessive stamina regenerated becomes temporary stamina, target gets increased stamina regeneration and bonus movespeed for 5 seconds
