resolution scaling of the UI Buged

Hello, it would be nice if the resolution scaling of the UI would work better I'm missing the health bar and can't view all of the shop at 1280x960.

Agreed, there's a few resolution inconsistencies. My buddy made a build in 1080p, but on my 2k monitor, a bunch of the items weren't visible because they stacked funny
