Request to temporarily disable temp-bans

This is not a bug report, but more-so a request due to a bug.

many people are getting temp-bans due to the game crashing and a broken "citadel" file. I'm having a similar issue, and it makes it really hard to play with friends.
All I ask is just to get rid of the temp-bans until the bug is fixed, as many people are unable to play due to random chance and bad luck.
