Request for Unban – Deadlock Match Suspension

Hello, I have been banned from Deadlock matches for 7 days due to frequent AFK behavior recently. However, I sincerely want to apologize. The reason this happened is because I recently changed my graphics card, but my power supply was not providing enough power, which caused my computer to shut down. At first, I didn’t know the cause and thought it was just a normal power fluctuation.


Every time my computer shut down, I tried my best to turn it back on as quickly as possible so I could return to help my teammates. In some matches, even though I disconnected, we still managed to win.


Now, I have purchased a new power supply for $60 specifically to play Deadlock. However, because of my previous AFK behavior, I have been banned for 7 days. I would like to kindly ask if you could please consider lifting my ban. I promise that there will be no more AFK issues since I have already replaced my power supply.


I truly feel sorry to my teammates for going AFK in those matches. I really can’t go 7 days without playing Rem — I miss my little boy.

bro, I had similar problems, with PSU I feel you. Just wait out do other things. Also I played 10 low priority games to get out, lmao.

Based on the current state of things / management / moderation - 100% this will not be answered

System clearly is automated and based on only one metric = how many times people report you -> threshold set by Valve exceeded -> automated ban

This is the case with Riot games as well. To a certain extent also Apex Legends (to be fair they don't really ban anyone except bot farms).

Unfortunately this system will lead to very shitty experience and based on Riot situation and even more so Respawn = not solve hacking issues like at all.

So good luck, take a break and to be fair it will be good for you because current state of the game is not enjoyable unless you just come to spend 30-40 min holding "w" and "mouse1".
