this is pretty imbalance for a high fire rate hero, so to balance this, probably the knockback can also be based on the damage done, so shotgun and slow fire rate user can use this item, while in the same time, metal skin will counter this item since theres no damage recieved.

unstoppable also can counter this item.

Have it have an internal cooldown of 0.8 seconds so it's regardless of fire rate.
