Replay timers out of sync

Time is different, rune spawns are wrong etc.

Also made another related post, but the lights atop the casinos are wrong in replays too.

Also replays have much worse performance than gameplay, I normally get about 180fps at 1440p, but in replays between 100-120.

My screen is 144hz, so it's extremely noticeable.
