replay stretching character polygons

After pausing a replay, alt tabbing, then coming back, all the characters had stretching polygons.

This happens for me also without the alt-tab.

The fix I have found for now is to rewind 10 seconds and it clears up the issue.

Having the same issue, but it tends to happen a lot near the store in lane
