I was analyzing one of my replays, using the rewind by step buttons and started to notice the replay wasn't arriving at the expected moments. Below is a recording of multiple moments where the rewind by 10s and 60s buttons do not rewind by the proper times at all.
I don't know the steps to reproduce, I suggest doing what I did: Just pick a minute and play->rewind as you wish until the buttons bug out.
First instance happens at 11 seconds. I click the -60s rewind button, and the replay jumps from 1:52 to 1:01 then speeds up to 1:26 before resuming regular playback. The rest of the video is self evident, it shows numerous examples of both rewind buttons not arriving at expected times.
