Replay player voice toggle not working

Hey sorry if this has already been posted but im trying to hear my teams voice chat in a replay and can't seem to get the toggle to turn on.
I hope everything is still being recorded as I was told I was called something not so beta friendly in voice and want to report it if it's true.
