As the title says the sinner's sacrifice in the theatre on the ArchMother side, specifically the one closer to the stairs as you come up.
When sending little helpers it will sit in front of the sinners and only fire at it about half as often as the little helpers do for any other sinners.
I checked every other location and this is the only Sinners that takes the helpers 2.5 times as long to farm.
