Lil Helpers cannot take the sinner's sacrifice in medium camps

This sinner's sacrifice, and its counterpart on the other side of the map, cannot be taken by Rem's Lil Helpers as long as the two creeps are sleeping. The Helpers will target this sinners if you assign them to the boxes I circled. The Helper will be stuck here doing 0 damage to the Sinner's until Rem or another hero (enemy OR teammate) enter the camp and wake the creeps.
