Rem has trouble targeting the bridge buffs from the ground, even when the buff seems more than visible enough. It's especially bad on the yellow-side bridge, where he can't target it from the ground at all.
On the green-side bridge, he's able to target it from this spot on the ground:
...but get any closer, even just a single step forward, and it's no longer targetable even though the buff is still plenty visible.
Over on the yellow-side bridge, he can't target it from the ground at all, no matter where he stands. I suspect this is due to the raised molding in the center obscuring his line of sight.
You can target both bridge buffs just fine from the rooftops, but that kinda defeats the ability's convenience of being able to break the buffs without having to get up there.
