REM can use lil helper on trooper casing, nothing happens

Lil helper completely ignores the cast but you can still cast on them anyways. I wish that on casting the case, it would go along them

it causes scourge to try to tag on the trooper but for some reason it cant so it keeps trying infinitely being on top of the trooper

(please fix and let it be a thing that looks so funny)
