Rejoin match blackscreen or frozen?

I joined a game but was getting really bad jitter, like the game was unplayable type-jitter, so I went to reload the game. I try to rejoin a match, and I can hear the game sounds, but get a black screen with the deadlock eye frozen in the middle, like the loading screen. I closed the game and rejoined about 3 times in a row and each time, was a black screen with the game sounds coming through. Now i have a 2 hour ban, and wont get to play anymore at all tonight, I just wanted to try out gun Rem man... I have seem to noticed that rejoining a game, whether for me or my friends, is never a consistent experience or works correctly.

This is the experience after clicking reconnect. I muted the audio so you wouldn't hear my friend complaining in the background. But there was audio of the game and my character jumping around the spawn room as I was pressing buttons. Also, I never really leave games, and a 2 hour punishment seems extremely hard for a low ranked, unserious game. The game ended in the next 10 minutes as well, so :/. If you have any questions, or anything at all relating to this, please let me know.

this this is the exact issue im having, its happened about 4 times now, exactly as you say. My game crashes or kicks me to hideout, i click rejoin and can only hear the game but see the frozen loading screen like above. the audio cuts out too so im wondering if its just my pc struggling to keep up or if its not loading everything, i have no idea. also dont really have an answer on how to solve it but i sat on that frozen loading screen for abt 10 minutes and it eventually unfroze the last time it happened. I was able to play and complete the game but still an issue. Edit : about an hour after this reply I tried another game and the second I got off the zipline it crashed again... im done till its figured out bc im tired of ruining ppls games by dc-ing
