In this first image, I have fully refunded all of these abilities, except for the ult, which you can tell has an ability point put into it by the light grey pizzazz around the icon. The other icons still have the check mark on the first upgrade tier, which is the issue. It still makes the audio cue and removes the grey pizzazz when refunding the first upgrade tier. The second image is just to show that I only have one rem helper, which means there is no upgrade point point put into helpers when it comes to gameplay.
