Redude Sinclair's Bolt damage, but make it remove stamina

Sinclair continues to feel extremely weak once you face higher level players that understand movement. It is extremely difficult to hit multiple bolts, and in order to make use of the distance damage increase its nearly impossible. If the idea behind rabbit is to make players move linearly so that bolt and gunshots are easier to hit, that still doesn't work well as a simple change of direction will likely dodge a bolt.

Instead, maybe the bolt should do much less damage, move quicker, but remove a stamina point. This would allow us to hit the bolt more consistently and be rewarded when it actually lands beyond just some damage, or make a choice between going for longer distance/redirected bolts for bigger damage, or guarantee the loss of a stamina point, allowing us to follow up with gunshots/spectral assistant more easily.
