I have the game in spanish, so im not sure the name of this item... But you can drag the training npc in the lobby to... there... and he becomes inmortal and imposible to drag again no another place haha.

This happens with every displacement, not just vortex web. Also happens to the allied npc, but you can pull them out with rescue beam.
