I still have recoil on my Holliday gun after the new patch, no clue what is causing it but I realized it after messing around in the hideout for a little.
Edit: It was an issue with the patch not applying to my game due to having mods, unloading my mods and launching the game fixed it. This thread is what made me realize it: https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/patch-notes-not-applying-to-game.126134/
