Receiving matchmaking ban through spectating

Recreate: Queue MM game and spectate at the same time.

Tldr: Queue game and join spectate and leave spectate results in a 30 min temp ban or worse if you've already abandoned same day.

If you restart the game when you are in a match and go to hero sandbox, you get only abandon match choice. You have to restart the game too. Same bug
