Received a Temporary Matchmaking ban, would like to appeal

idk if anyone has the authority, but I've been having some issues with my internet recently, and received a matchmaking ban for my internet dropping out during a couple matches. I'll admit the first one was totally on me, but I figured I'd ask for mercy since my internet just gave out during this last match and the last one i got kicked out of. My username is tehepicduck.

I've seen so many of these, they should honestly create a private appeals board.

Hi! The same thing happened to me twice already, just now it was the 2nd time and not only I recieved a ban for 24hs but also got put into a low priority matchmaking queue and have to win games in order to get back to normal. I think there should be some way of noticing if a players leaves on their own or because of their internet. Also, both times the match hadnt even started, I was queueing and "found" a match but while I was joining it, I returned to the lobby and suddenly I was banned. It didnt even let me re-enter the match, just instantly got me out of it when I didnt even know what character I was. My username is PiscesWitch
